Essentially, NFF consists of a challenge to men to not masturbate for the entire month of February, despite relentless teasing that might take place during that time.

Locktober I have participated in, but I’ve never done No Fap February. 

Lots of ideas come to mind, though. The possibilities are endless. Abstaining from masturbating, being locked up and unable to touch, reprogramming your mind to crave denial with a perpetual hard-on, paying a fee every time you can’t help but stroke…I can be very creative.

I ensure cooperation with repeated chastity/chaste encouragements throughout the day when I’m one-on-one keyholding or dominating a sub.
