Crystal Knight: I’d tell Her that it’s okay to take breaks. Passion and drive are amazing, but burnout is real. It’s not a weakness to rest. In the early years, I pushed Myself to be online constantly, and while it helped Me grow fast, I sacrificed a lot of personal time. I would tell Myself that this career is a marathon, not a sprint. Instead of just focusing on day-to-day, prioritize building into the next 10 years and visualizing where I want to be when I’m ready to throw in the towel and retire. - Be consistent and available. You don’t need to be online 24/7, but showing up regularly builds trust and familiarity. Keep Your availability updated and accessible because opportunities often come when you least expect them.

Crystal Knight: One time during a session, a huge windstorm hit Tennessee and actually caused a tree to fall on My car mid-call.
