CEO Energy Starts With Your Own Numbers: Urlilgoddess Leia’s Masterclass Webinar

“You don’t have to be a coder. You just have to be willing to look.” That’s the message at the center of an upcoming webinar from one of IWC’s own Creators — Urlillgoddess Leia — built for Artists who are tired of flying blind on their own numbers. We caught up with Her to talk gatekeeping, confidence, and why the most dangerous phrase in this industry is “I’m not good with technology.”

Q1. You’re a Creator on IWC yourself. What made You want to go beyond just running Your store and actually teach other Artists how to work smarter?

Urlilgoddess Leia: Honestly? I got tired of watching so many talented people have almost no access to real information in this industry. There’s so much gatekeeping — everyone guarding their little edge — and I grew to hate it. When I started, it was isolating. If I’m being honest, it still is most of the time. We all kind of work on our own islands out here, figuring everything out alone, reinventing the same wheel in the dark. I’d stumbled into a few things that genuinely changed how I run my business, and the thought of just sitting on that while other Artists struggled the way I did felt wrong. So I wanted to help the ones I could. That’s really it. This is me handing over the thing I wish someone had handed me when I was starting out — and trying to make this feel a little less lonely.

Q2. If a brand-new Artist signs up on IWC tomorrow and attends Your webinar, what’s the one thing You want them to believe about themself by the end of it?

Urlilgoddess Leia: That They’re a business owner — a CEO — not just the person in front of the camera. And that the “tech stuff” is not above Them. I want Them to walk out believing They are completely capable of understanding Their own numbers and using these tools, because that “I’m not techy” voice is the single biggest thing holding good Artists back. You don’t have to be a coder. You just have to be willing to look. If They leave believing They can actually run this like the business it is, I did my job.

Q3. You’ve put a lot of thought into what new Artists need. Is there anything You’re hoping They bring to this webinar, questions, energy, or a specific mindset?

Urlilgoddess Leia: Bring curiosity instead of fear — that’s the whole game. Come in willing to look at your business honestly, even if it’s messy and you’ve been avoiding it. If you can, bring the real questions: the thing about your numbers you’ve never been able to answer, the part of your workflow that’s eating your life. And please leave “I’m not good with technology” at the door. You don’t need to bring tech skills. You need to bring the willingness to try one new thing. I’ll handle the rest.

Q4. A lot of new Artists come into this world of fetish with lots of talent but not a clear roadmap. What’s the one mistake You see often and wish someone had warned You about?

Urlilgoddess Leia: Flying blind. So many of Us are guessing — guessing what sells, guessing when to post, guessing what our fans actually want — when the answers are already sitting in our own transaction history. Your catalog is data. Your sales are data. And most Artists are throwing all of it away because no one ever told Them it was a goldmine. I wish someone had sat me down early and said: stop working harder and start reading your own numbers. You’re not short on talent. You’re short on a system that tells you where the talent is actually paying off.

Q5. As more Artists enter this space with real knowledge and confidence, how do You see that changing the fetish content world for both Artists and fans?

Urlilgoddess Leia: It raises the whole floor. When Artists actually understand Their business, They stop undervaluing Themselves, They price right, and They burn out a lot less — which means They last. The ones who last are the ones who build something real. And AI stops being the boogeyman and becomes the great equalizer: a solo Creator suddenly has the back-office a whole studio used to have. For fans, that means content from people who aren’t scrambling and panicking — Creators who have the clarity to make intentional, better work. Everybody wins when the person behind the brand actually knows what They’re doing. That’s the future I’m trying to pull a little closer.
